As Jesus commanded us to "make disciples of all nations" we strive toward that goal and continue to minister to God's people. Thankfully a church does not have to maintain a membership of thousands or a bank account of the same to be effective in sharing the love of Jesus Christ with those that will hear.

Though our ministiries are few and simple, God can and does use them in mighty ways. We know that as we are faithful in the little things God will expand our reach to the uttermost parts.

The Salt & Light radio ministry maintains the Calvary Chapel philosophy of simple Bible teaching through every book, chapter and verse of God's Word.

Salt & Light currently airs on the island of Oahu (KLHT 1040 AM) at 5:30 AM and 4:35 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday. It also airs on the big island and Maui, Hawaii, as well as in the Pacific nations of New Zealand, American Samoa, Vanuatu, and the Marshall Islands.

“...So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, Butit shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” Isaiah 55:11

Pneuma Youth Fellowship. It has been said that the only thing necessary for the Gospel to fail is for one generation not to hear it. It is our pasion and desire to equip the younger generation not only to carry the Gospel but to live it as well. If you’d like more information on South Shore’s Youth Ministry, or would like to get your child involved, contact our church office.

These days people are struggling to make ends meet. They’re working as many days as possible to pay bills, and in doing so are missing out on God’s word. To meet the needs of these families and others, South Shore is going on TV, taking the simple teaching of God’s word into the home. Stay tuned for our first programming date and airing time.

The transformation of Hula from a pagan ritual to a sanctified, Spirit-filled form of worship is a small but powerful example of what God does within the Church. As a celebration and an exercise of that liberty we invite any women to join us as we learn the island tradition of Hula and worship the true and living God. For more information
call Malia or the church office.

There are few sweeter things in life than seeing a child worshipping God. As a church we’ve been given the privilege and opportunity to teach sign dance to the kids of South Shore. If you’d like more information on this unique form of dance and worship or you would like to get your child involved, contact us at the church office.

God’s word says, “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.”With that in mind, Mercy ministry is designed to heed the call to minister to the hurting within the Church. If you’d like to be a part of the ministry or you would like support in a time of need, call Linda or the church office.
